Chief Operating Officer -Health Home Partners of WNY LLC (HHPWNY), a joint venture among the Catholic Health System, Evergreen Health and Spectrum Human Services is seeking a Chief Operating Officer. HHPWNY is a leading State designated virtual Health Home since 2012 providing intensive Care Coordination services to the population of high need/high cost Medicaid recipients in WNY. The COO will partner closely with the Governance Board and the President to chart the future growth of HHPWNY and implement the organization’s strategic plan. The successful candidate will: be proficient in organizational management with the ability to work with senior-level staff to manage and develop high-performing teams and to develop and implement program strategies; have excellent project management skills; a commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation to ensure outcomes; a skill set that includes organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning; strong written, verbal, public speaking, and analytic skills; flexible and able to multi-task working within an ambiguous and fast-moving environment; ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in organizational settings; remain focused in the face of pressure, delivers against timelines, not intimidated by tasks/time limitations. Candidates will possess a Master’s degree with preferably 10+ years of progressive supervisory experience and a track record of excellence in program management. Nurse Practitioner - Spectrum Human Services, a leader in providing behavioral health services, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a fast paced outpatient clinic that utilizes EBPs. Candidates will conduct psychiatric assessments and medication monitoring appointments and will work collaboratively with the treatment team which includes a LPN or RN. Must be board certified or Board eligible in Psychiatry and licensed to practice in the State of New York.
