At Spectrum we recognize making the first move to seek help can be difficult, but we make it as easy as possible to get the help you need.

To speak to someone about the full array of services Spectrum offers, you can call our main office at 716-662- 2040, call any one of our locations, or e-mail us at spectrum@shswny.org. When making an initial appointment it is helpful to have your insurance card on hand.

Spectrum accepts a variety of insurances including Medicaid and Medicare, based on program and location. A sliding fee is also available for those who do not have insurance. When calling to make an appointment you will be advised if your insurance will cover your visit in full or in part. Co-pays are due on the day of your visit. Income documentation is required for sliding fee.
