Organize and provide oversight to the agency’s onboarding procedures for new hires, facilitate new-hire orientation and coordinate pre-hire background requisites. Provide guidance and instruction to job candidates and hiring managers; ensuring employment policies, regulations and procedures are adhered to. Provide assistance in the life-cycle recruitment of job candidates and administrative support to the HR department.
