Senior Vice President of Human Resources
I joined Spectrum in 2013 as Vice President of Human Resources, thereafter, appointed Senior Vice President of Human Resources in 2018.
My primary roles focus on the following areas: Employee Relations, Employment Law (Federal/State), Benefits, HR Analytics, Risk Management, Policy Administration, and HR Strategic Planning. Other professional work experiences include HR leadership roles (Director of Human Resources, Employee Relations Manager, and HR Leader) for non-profits and private sector for nearly 13 years while obtaining HR certifications (PHR and SPHR) along my career path. I hold a BA degree in Economics and an AAS in Business.
