Health Home Care Coordination
Health Home Care Coordination is a community-based program that works with individuals with Chronic Physical and Mental Health and/or Addiction needs.
Housing Services
Spectrum is able to assist those with certain qualifications to find safe, stable, affordable housing.
Peer Services
Peer services connect individuals currently in treatment with a peer, who has a similar experience with substance use and/or mental health challenges.
Reentry Services
The reentry program offers support and assistance to individuals who are involved with the criminal justice system.
Vocational Services
Vocational service specialists are able to provide assistance for vocational, educational, and employment services to any individual that is enrolled in an SHS program.
